1. Do you deliver across all of Nova Scotia?

Yes. We currently deliver throughout Nova Scotia. Delivery days and timing will be confirmed after your order is placed.

2. Do you still operate the trailer service?

Yes. The trailer continues to operate at scheduled locations. Check the trailer schedule above for upcoming stops.

3. How is the meat handled during delivery?

All orders are packed using strict cold-chain handling practices to maintain proper temperature and product integrity until delivery.

4. What if I miss my delivery?

Someone must be available to receive your order. If you are unavailable, contact us immediately. Product quality cannot be guaranteed if left unattended.

5. Can I modify or cancel my order?

Order changes may be possible before fulfillment begins. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number for assistance.

6. How do I report an issue with my order?

If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.

7. Can I come over to Chef Nate’s house for dinner?

No, we are not offering that service at this time. But we appreciate the confidence — and we’ll keep you posted if anything changes.
