The Trailer Operation
Two branded trailers run Cape Breton on a weekly schedule. Every stop is the same setup: show up, open the window, sell premium meat face to face. No storefront, no overhead, no middleman. The trailers are how we built 11,000 followers without spending a dollar on ads. People saw the truck, tried the product, and came back the next week. That loop built the business.
Going Province-Wide
We kept getting the same message from Dartmouth, Annapolis, Amherst, and everywhere outside Cape Breton: when are you coming here? The honest answer was we could not be everywhere with two trailers. So we built the online store. Insulated cooler, ice packs, Purolator, 24-hour delivery anywhere in Nova Scotia. You get the same cuts we hand to people at the trailer window.

Founded by Kevin Hearn and Nathan Susin in 2024. No culinary school backstory. Just two guys who knew what good meat tasted like and got tired of not finding it locally.
