Shipping Policy

We ship frozen meat orders using Purolator. Orders require approximately 1 business day for processing before shipping. Once shipped, most orders are sent using 24-hour shipping.

We ship Monday through Thursday only. Orders placed by 10:00 AM Thursday will be processed for same-day shipment. Orders placed after the Thursday 10:00 AM cutoff, or on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

All frozen products are packed in insulated cooler packaging with ice packs or dry ice, then placed inside a shipping box to help keep products frozen during transit.

Customers are responsible for receiving or retrieving their order promptly once delivered. Because our products are frozen and perishable, we cannot replace orders that are left unattended for too long after delivery.

Flat-rate shipping: $30
Free shipping: Orders over $400

Shipping rates may be updated as we continue to review carrier rates, package weight, order size, and box requirements.
